Per day session: RM150 (9 hours) + Bonus (if hit sales target)
Day: Weekend Only

We are looking for an outgoing, energetic, and confident Promoter to represent OVER at our retail outlets, roadshows, pop-ups, and events.

This role is suitable for someone who enjoys talking to people, is comfortable approaching customers, and knows how to create a positive and engaging shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively approach and engage customers instead of waiting for customers to initiate conversations.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
• Demonstrate products confidently and encourage customers to try or experience them.
• Create a fun, friendly, and energetic atmosphere around the booth or retail space.
• Ensure products and displays are clean, organized, fully stocked, and presentable.
• Collect customer feedback and share common questions or insights with the team.

Job Requirements

• Outgoing, friendly, energetic, and comfortable speaking with strangers.
• Confident in approaching customers proactively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sales-driven and motivated by achieving targets.
• Able to communicate clearly in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Additional languages are an advantage.
• Positive attitude and willing to learn.
• Responsible, punctual, and reliable.
• Able to work independently while also supporting the team.
