Join our dynamic sales team as a Full-Time Retail Assistant and become an integral part of our operations across various retail outlets in the Klang Valley. You'll represent and promote our flagship store and help customers find solutions that meet their hydration & recovery needs.
 

Responsibilities

• Effectively showcase and sell OVER products to customers.
• Oversee and organize merchandise displays to ensure the store looks appealing.
• Recommend improvements for sales strategies, promotions, and product offerings based on customer feedback.
• Assess customer needs to suggest appropriate products.
• Build strong relationships with customers to improve satisfaction.
• Compile and deliver comprehensive sales reports weekly and monthly.
• Assist in the training and development of new sales team members.
• Work with the management team to meet or exceed monthly sales goals.

Job Requirements

• Excellent command of English and Malay.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively and persuasively.
• Availability to work on weekends and public holidays during promotional events. (Incentives included)
• Have personal transportation for traveling between retail locations.
• Strong interest and knowledge in sales, communication, and customer engagement
