Job Description

The TikTok Live Host & Supervisor is responsible for managing and leading all part-time live hosts to ensure high-quality live sessions, strong sales performance, and consistent brand representation across TikTok and Shopee Live.

This role also involves personally hosting live sessions, coaching team members, monitoring results, and driving the overall live commerce strategy.
 

• Lead & Manage Live Hosts:
  Supervise and schedule part-time live hosts to ensure consistent live coverage and performance.
• Host Live Sessions:
  Personally go live on TikTok and Shopee to promote products, engage audiences, and drive sales.
• Training & Coaching:
  Guide part-time live hosts on presentation skills, selling techniques, and product knowledge.
• Performance Tracking:
  Monitor live session analytics and prepare weekly performance reports.
• Content & Strategy:
  Work closely with the marketing team to plan live session themes, campaigns, and talking points aligned with product launches or promotions.
• Quality Control:
  Ensure all live hosts maintain brand image, professionalism, and accuracy in product information.
• Collaboration:
  Coordinate with marketing and product teams to ensure updated product listings, visuals, and live materials are ready before sessions.

Job Requirements

• Strong communication, charisma, and on-camera confidence.
• Experience in hosting or live selling (TikTok or Shopee preferred).
• Leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate part-time hosts.
• Understanding of e-commerce and live selling strategies.
• Fluent in English and Malay.
• Passionate, proactive, and results-driven.
• Experience in creating content for social media platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a creative team.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
