Job Description

We are looking for a Creative Producer (Performance Ads) who can consistently generate high-quality, scroll-stopping video ads for Meta and Instagram. This role requires strong creative instincts, deep understanding of what customers want to watch and the ability to plan, direct and execute ad shoots end-to-end. You will work closely with talents, videographers and the marketing team to produce performance-driven creatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate at least 6 high-quality ad creatives per month.
• Plan detailed shoot structures including scripts, shot lists and timelines.
• Direct talents and work closely with videographers during shoots to ensure creative quality.
• Understand customer psychology and trends to create engaging ad angles and hooks.
• Ensure all ad creatives align with brand tone and performance objectives.
• Review ad performance and iterate creatives based on results and ensure deadlines are met.

Job Requirements

• Familiar with ecommerce and DTC brands is preferred.
• Strong sense of storytelling, pacing and visual direction.
• Experience working with videographers and on-camera talents.
• Highly detail-oriented with strong planning and execution skills.
• Experience working in a creative or performance marketing agency is a strong plus.
