Job Description

• Provide administrative assistance and support to Sales Teams.
• Produces reports based on the sales of employees in the Sales Department.
• Meets with people internally (Promoters/Merchandisers/Marketing) to compile necessary reports.
• Trains new Promoters to ensure they meet the required standards and guidelines.
• Creates and presents new and innovative ideas to help sell the Company’s products.
• Responds to any inquires from Promoters or Sales Merchandisers.
• Manage and coordinate all POSM/Uniform/GWP and Sales Materials need for regional sales or Promoters.
• Coordinates monthly e-bulletin and share to all related departments.
• Collaborate with other Departments and coordinate interdepartmental materials.
• Creating and tracking schedules for the Sales Department.
• Maintain inventory of sales materials.
• Understand retailer process and execution.
• Arranging sales meetings with Sales Merchandisers and Promoters.
• Update and share all competitor activities and POSM in trade.
• Visit Promoters in-store to deliver GWP and coaching (when needed).
• Help with the setup of POSM in Klang Valley.

Job Requirements

1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Sales or equivalent.
2. Preferable min. 1.5 years Sales experience in FMCG or equivalent.
3. Min. 2 years sales admin or coordinator experience or similar experience.
4. Proficient and strong knowledge in Microsoft Excel & MS Office applications.
5. Able to read & communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English (Mandarin will be added value)
6. Must possess a car with valid driving license and willing to travel for business duties.
7. Able to work independently, proactive & a team player.
8. Hardworking with good communication skills.
