Internship Scope

📋 Operational Support:

  • Monitor and update missing information transfers between Oyen and our insurance partners, ensuring seamless communication and accuracy.
  • Assist with checking and approving customer endorsement requests and policy cancellations, following established guidelines.

🔄 Customer Follow-Up:

  • Follow up with customers for any missing or incomplete information, particularly for claims submissions, to ensure timely and accurate processing.

📊 Data Management:

  • Update and maintain operational KPI numbers on a weekly basis, supporting the team with accurate and up-to-date metrics reporting.
  • Maintain and organize internal databases and records to ensure consistency and accessibility.

🤝 Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the operations, claims, and customer success teams to support ongoing projects and initiatives.
  • Provide operational assistance for special campaigns or ad-hoc tasks as required.

🔧 Process Improvement:

  • Assist in identifying and documenting process inefficiencies, suggesting improvements to streamline workflows.
