<h2> Internship Scope</h2>
📋 Operational Support:
<ul>
<li>Monitor and update missing information transfers between Oyen and our insurance partners, ensuring seamless communication and accuracy.</li>
<li>Assist with checking and approving customer endorsement requests and policy cancellations, following established guidelines.</li>
</ul>
🔄 Customer Follow-Up:
<ul>
<li>Follow up with customers for any missing or incomplete information, particularly for claims submissions, to ensure timely and accurate processing.</li>
</ul>
📊 Data Management:
<ul>
<li>Update and maintain operational KPI numbers on a weekly basis, supporting the team with accurate and up-to-date metrics reporting.</li>
<li>Maintain and organize internal databases and records to ensure consistency and accessibility.</li>
</ul>
🤝 Team Collaboration:
<ul>
<li>Work closely with the operations, claims, and customer success teams to support ongoing projects and initiatives.</li>
<li>Provide operational assistance for special campaigns or ad-hoc tasks as required.</li>
</ul>
🔧 Process Improvement:
<ul>
<li>Assist in identifying and documenting process inefficiencies, suggesting improvements to streamline workflows. </li>
</ul>
