About the Role 

We are looking for a dynamic Content / Marketing Intern to join our team. You will play a crucial role in building brand authority and trust for our products through educational content creation. Your responsibilities will include researching practical consumer topics, creating engaging content across multiple platforms, and helping establish Riskflow as the go-to authority for everyday insurance and lifestyle advice.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Research and develop practical, myth-busting content topics that address real consumer pain points and everyday situations
• Create compelling content across multiple formats including social media posts, video scripts, blog articles, and infographics
• Execute content production workflows from ideation to publication, ensuring consistent quality and brand voice
• Conduct market research to identify content gaps and opportunities in consumer-facing topics relevant to our target demographics
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy while maintaining accessibility for general audiences
• Analyze content performance metrics and user engagement to optimize future content strategies
• Maintain content calendars and publishing schedules across various digital platforms
• Support community management activities including responding to comments and engaging with audience feedback
• Assist in developing content that naturally integrates educational value with subtle product awareness
• Monitor competitor content strategies and identify opportunities for differentiation and improvement

• Your field of study doesn't matter :)
• Natural curiosity and strong research skills - you love diving into topics and figuring out what people actually want to know
• Social media native - you understand how different platforms work and what makes content shareable
• Creative problem-solver who enjoys making complex topics accessible and engaging
• Self-starter mentality - you can work independently and aren't afraid to suggest new ideas
• Comfortable with learning new tools and platforms quickly (we'll teach you the rest!)
• Genuine interest in understanding why people believe certain myths or misconceptions
• Ability to spot interesting stories in everyday situations that others might overlook
• Basic familiarity with content creation tools (Canva, basic video editing, or willingness to learn)

Bonus Points

• You're the person friends ask for advice because you research everything thoroughly
• Experience creating content for TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube (even just for fun)
• Multilingual capabilities - can create content in English, Bahasa Malaysia, or Mandarin
• You enjoy debunking myths and setting the record straight (politely!)
