Job Description

🎯 岗位职责 (Responsibilities)

1. 产品测试：负责公司电子产品的日常质量检测与功能测试。
2. 发现并记录问题：在测试过程中找出Bug或产品缺陷，详细记录并提交给生产部门]进行修复。
3. 编写报告：负责编写测试用例（Test Cases）和质量检测报告，确保产品符合出厂标准。
4. 流程优化：参与评估生产或开发流程，提出改进建议，从源头减少产品不良率。
5. 跨部门沟通：与生产部紧密合作，跟进问题直至完全解决。

1-Product Testing: Responsible for the daily quality and functional testing of the company's electronic products.

2-Identifying and Recording Issues: Identify bugs or product defects during testing, record them in detail, and submit them to the production department for repair.

3-Report Writing: Responsible for writing test cases and quality inspection reports to ensure products meet factory standards.

4-Process Optimization: Participate in evaluating production or development processes, propose improvement suggestions, and reduce product defect rates from the source.

5-Cross-Departmental Communication: Work closely with the production department to follow up on issues until they are fully resolved.

Job Requirements

2. 专业技能：工厂QC 熟悉操作测量工具（如千分尺、卡尺），了解 ISO 质量管理体系者优先。
3. 核心特质：工作细心负责，具备极强的观察力，眼里容不下任何产品瑕疵。
4. 语言能力：通晓中文与基本英文，方便与团队沟通。

1- Educational Background: Associate's or Bachelor's degree or above, with a major in [Computer Science/Engineering/Science/Manufacturing] preferred (outstanding fresh graduates will also be considered).

2- Professional Skills: Factory QC, familiar with operating measuring tools (such as micrometers, calipers), and those familiar with ISO quality management systems are preferred.

3- Core Qualities: Meticulous and responsible, with extremely strong observation skills, intolerant of any product defects.

4- Language Skills: Fluent in Chinese and basic English, facilitating communication with the team.
