Job Description

 Responsibilities:

  • To assist the Company Secretary in discharging corporate secretarial duties and ensuring statutory compliance for group companies
  • To handle all aspects of company secretarial works including organising, coordinating and compiling meeting papers for Board and Board Committee meetings, drafting resolutions and minutes
  • Prepare Company’s Annual Report and other reports and analysis as required

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • CGI (ICSA) qualification and a member of MAICSA
  • Minimum 5 years of corporate secretarial experience
  • Experience in handling corporate secretarial matters, exposure in a public listed company or secretarial practice will be an added advantage
  • Good interpersonal, communication and minutes writing skills
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia
