Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Interpret project briefs to design spaces that align with intended purposes and brand standards;
• Prepare a full set of detailed drawings for project submissions, ensuring accuracy and compliance;
• Liaising with the brand's marketing team to procure fixtures and manage related activities across contractors, suppliers, and internal departments;
• Oversee project schedules, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring seamless execution;
• Inspect site work to ensure adherence to design specifications and quality standards from start to finish;
• Review shop drawings, project submittals, and documentation for accuracy and regulatory compliance;
• Ensure project construction processes and documentation meet industry standards and codes;
• Maintain regular communication and updates on project progress with team and respective vendors/suppliers;
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely deliverables;
• Conducting site visits to resolve on-ground issues as needed;
• Follow up with the brand's marketing team to confirm that all design specifications and requirements are met.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field;
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience in retail design, project management, or a related field;
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software;
• Strong communication and time management skills;
• Ability to develop detailed designs;
• Proven ability to coordinate between multiple stakeholders (e.g., contractors, suppliers, and internal teams);
• Eye for detail and quality finishes, with a focus on delivering high standards.
