We are looking for a Social Media Executive who enjoys managing multiple social media platforms, creating content, engaging with customers, and growing online communities.

📱 Job Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain multiple social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Telegram, Xiaohongshu, and YouTube)
• Create and publish engaging content (posts, captions, promotional images, and simple creatives)
• Plan content ideas, posting schedules, and publish content across different platforms
• Make basic edits to images and marketing copy
• Respond to customer enquiries, comments, and messages professionally
• Monitor page activities and maintain engagement
• Support marketing campaigns and lead generation activities
• Work with internal teams (SEO, Content, and Development Team)
• Use AI tools (ChatGPT & Claude) to improve content quality and workflow
• Maintain brand consistency and ensure all content follows company branding and guidelines

💰 Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: RM2,900 – RM3,600

Job Requirements

✅ Requirements

• Basic understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Telegram, Xiaohongshu, and YouTube)
• Able to manage multiple social media accounts
• Able to write simple and engaging marketing content
• Basic Canva or image editing skills
• Responsible, proactive, organized, and able to work independently
• Interest in digital marketing and content creation
• Familiar with ChatGPT or AI tools is an advantage

🌏 Language

• Mandarin (Preferred / Required)
• English (Required)

⭐ Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing social media pages (especially Facebook Pages)
• Experience using Canva or similar design tools
• Experience replying to customer enquiries
• Experience scheduling social media posts
• Basic understanding of digital marketing
• Basic video editing skills (CapCut or similar) is an advantage
