We’re Hiring: Website Admin

We are looking for a Website Admin to manage website deployment, ensure content accuracy, and coordinate between programmers and SEO experts to keep our websites running smoothly.

Requirements

- Basic understanding of websites and web content

- ⁠Detail-oriented and responsible

- ⁠Able to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical team members

- ⁠Willing to learn and improve

Language Requirements

- Mandarin – Speak & Write (Preferred / Required)

- ⁠English – Write (Required)

- Familiar with CMS systems (WordPress or custom CMS)

- ⁠Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS

- ⁠Experience in website administration or QA

Job Requirements

Job Responsibilities

- Handle website deployment and go-live process

- ⁠Check and verify website content before and after launch

- ⁠Monitor live websites to ensure everything is functioning correctly

- ⁠Coordinate and communicate with Programmers and SEO Experts if website content, layout, or design is incorrect

- ⁠Assist in basic website updates and content management

- ⁠Ensure website quality, consistency, and accuracy
