Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily café operations, ensuring smooth workflow and customer satisfaction.
• Recruit, train, and supervise café staff (baristas, floor crew, kitchen helpers).
• Plan staff schedules, monitor attendance, and manage shift coverage.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Handle stock management, supplier coordination, and ordering of ingredients/coffee beans.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and expenses.
• Implement and monitor café SOPs for service quality and consistency.
• Drive sales growth through promotions, upselling, and excellent customer service.
• Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally.

Job Requirements

• Preferably a local candidate (Malaysia).
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in café, restaurant, or F&B management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of coffee culture, café trends, and customer service.
• Ability to handle scheduling, stock management, and financial reports.
• Hands-on, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
• Flexibility to work on weekends, public holidays, and peak hours.
