About the Role

We are seeking a Finance & Accounts Executive who will be responsible for managing both personal and company financial matters. This includes handling accounting tasks, invoices, taxation, and documentation related to financial operations. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in finance or accounting and be able to work independently with high attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting activities for both personal and company accounts.
• Prepare, record, and track invoices, receipts, and payment transactions.
• Maintain accurate records of expenses, assets, and liabilities.
• Handle tax preparation and filing (personal income tax and company tax compliance).
• Process and maintain proper filing of financial documents, invoices, and contracts.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Work with auditors, tax agents, and external parties when required.
• Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and financial forecasting.
• Ensure compliance with local accounting standards, regulations, and deadlines.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of proven experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or finance.
• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word); experience with accounting software is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and confidentiality.
• Ability to manage both personal and corporate financial matters simultaneously.
