Role Overview
Support the Marketing Manager with daily marketing operations, content creation, social media management, design, video editing, event support, and ad-hoc tasks.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Manager with daily operations, task coordination and follow-ups.
- Handle document preparation, sorting, filing and data compilation.
- Support offline events: material preparation, arrangement coordination and on-site assistance.
- Assist with community management, user feedback collection, and basic KOL communication.
- Complete other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirements
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, New Media, or related fields.
- Proficient in design software: Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma
- Proficient in video editing: CapCut, Premiere Pro
- Good Mandarin communication skills with basic copywriting ability; Good English communication, Bahasa Malaysia is a plus.
- Familiar with social media platforms: TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Xiaohongshu (XHS), and company website.
- Proactive, creative, detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently.
- Flexible to work weekends when required for events.
