Job Description
- Assist Head of Department in delivering the projects until final completion.
- Assist in developing and preparing architectural designs and drawings from preliminary concepts, sketches and specifications
- Assist in identifying potential operational issues in the drawings and resolve with creative ideas
- Utilize BIM to analyse potential design solutions for building services clashes
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Head of Department
Job Requirements
- Candidates must possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Architectural, or equivalent
- Knowledge of architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp
- Good communication, detail-oriented and able to work in team
