Job Description

• Report to Site Agent.
• Assist Site Agent to liaise and coordinate with Client, M&E Consultant, Authority, Subcontractor/Nominated Subcontractor and Supplier.
• Assist in planning resources, allocation of plant and machinery to ensure construction work is completed on time and within budget.
• Able to handle all technical issues related to M&E works and resolve the problem promptly and effectively in accordance with all the specifications, standards of quality and contractual obligations to meet client expectations.
• Check and review all M&E construction drawings and specifications to prevent any technical issue arise.
• To ensure all M&E materials installed at site are as per contract and specifications.
• Able to prepare site progress report, work schedules and method statement related to M&E work.
• To supervise and monitor daily M&E works at site.
• To organize site inspection, testing and commissioning.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or professional qualification in Quantity Survey, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Ability to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin(optional) as role requires to deal with multi speaking clients
• Able to work independently to maintain high standards and accuracy.
