Business Operations Project Associate (Remote – Malaysia)

One-Month Paid Project Engagement

Pan Seas Enterprises Pte Ltd is an established Singapore company in food manufacturing, seafood processing and catering services.

As part of our business improvement and digital transformation journey, we are looking for a motivated and technology-oriented individual to support management projects.

This is a one-month paid project engagement designed for both parties to assess suitability. Successful candidates may be considered for a full-time Executive Assistant – AI & Business Operations position.

Responsibilities

You will assist Management in:

•  Executive and administrative support
  • Business research and report preparation
  • Project coordination and follow-up
  • Workflow and SOP documentation
  • Digital file organisation and improvement
  • AI-assisted productivity improvement
  • Process improvement initiatives
  • General business operations support

Job Requirements

•  Diploma/Degree holder in any discipline
  • Good written and spoken English
  • Strong computer literacy
  • Organised and able to work independently
  • Comfortable working remotely
  • Good communication and follow-up skills
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn new technology

Experience or exposure in the following areas will be an advantage:

•  AI productivity tools
  • Microsoft Office and cloud collaboration platforms
  • Digital file management systems
  • Project/task management applications
  • Product database or information management systems
  • ERP, CRM or other business software
  • Basic design or content creation tools

Specific software experience is not mandatory. Candidates who are adaptable and willing to learn are encouraged to apply.
