Job Description

 Responsibilities:

• Oversee preventive maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of building systems such as air-conditioning, plumbing, CCTV, and fire safety systems.
• Manage and maintain building infrastructure including the roof, Passenger Hoist, and common areas.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Monitor and maintain all safety protocols, ensuring the facility complies with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Maintain safety records and conduct regular safety inspections.
• Ensure that fire and safety systems are operational and compliant with regulations.
• Oversee the utilization of building space and design layouts to optimize efficiency.
• Plan for future facility needs and expansion.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers for maintenance and repairs.
• Ensure vendor performance meets agreed-upon service levels and terms.
• Respond to urgent facility issues or emergencies, providing effective solutions in a timely manner.
• Ensure business continuity by addressing any disruptions caused by facility-related issues.
• Be responsible for my own health and safety at the workplace and take reasonable care to maintain a safe working environment for my colleagues, employees under my supervision, and any external parties[1] engaged or invited by me while they are on the Company's premise.
• Be responsible for ensuring that my colleagues, employees under my supervision, and any external parties engaged or invited by me understand and comply with the Company's Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) requirements through appropriate briefing, training, provision of safety information and resources, and monitoring of safety performance

Job Requirements

Education & Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Diploma and above in Civil Engineering, Electrical, or a related field.
• At least 1 to 2 years’ experience in related field (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.
