Job Description

1. Oversee and ensure the smooth execution of daily retail operations across all the store locations.  
2. Regularly update and implement store SOPs to improve workflow.
3. To audit the store main person in charge their SOP job and provide report to the Management for review. 
4. Support and provide the training to the sales associate, store supervisor on the operational best practise, SOPs, and system usage.
5. Propose the necessary training course for retail staff (including the superior) to enhance their working skills, to create positive working environment. 
6. To manage store staff general payroll such as monitoring staff attendance, staff performance, and etc and work closely with the HR Department.
7. To ensure retail staff is compliance with the Company Accounts/Finance SOP when do the closing daily sales, stock monitoring and etc.
8. To coordinator with the HQ and Warehouse colleague to ensure store operations is run smoothly. 
9. To handle the adhoc task from time to time when assigned by Management.
10. To do the reports when assigned by the Management.
11. To arrange meeting and take the minutes when assigned by Management.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or diploma in business, operations, or related field.
2. Minimum 3 years working experience in retail industry.
3. Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
4. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. 
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Must be able to speak & write in Chinese, Mandarin & Cantonese. 
7. Positive working attitudes, teamwork spirit, self-discipline and strong planning skills.
8. Possess own transport

Others:

1.   Working Hours 9am to 6pm. (Monday to Friday)
2. Alternate Saturday (9am to 6pm)
3. 12 days of Public Holiday
4. Annual Leave, Sick Leave, Hospitalization Leave is following EA. 
5. Marriage Leave 2 days, Compassionate Leave 3 days. 
6. 2 months probations period. 

If working place base on HQ Menara AIA Sentral, staff season parking claim 50%.
