Job Description
1) Overseeing all promoters in your designated region and assisting them in meeting the company's goals. 2) Making sure our products are prominently displayed at the outlets according to the directives of the Outlet Manager/Marketing team. 3) Verifying and ensuring the accuracy of the monthly and daily reports and claims submitted by the promoters in your area. 4) Monitoring the attendance of promoters to ensure they arrive on time and are punctual. 5) Suggesting replacements for new promoters when there are open positions. 6) Training and mentoring new promoters. 7) Providing reports on sales promotions, competitor activities, and the performance of sales promoters. 8) Selling and promoting products in specific outlets as needed. 9) Carrying out any additional tasks assigned by management or the manager. 10) Ensuring that sales targets are met.Job Requirements
1) SPM/Diploma, minimum 2 - 3 years’ experience in sales preferably in Consumer goods / apparel.
2) Good communication and interpersonal skills, well verse in BM, English and mandarin.
3) Organized & able to work with people of all levels.
4) Possess good working attitude, independent, able to work under pressure, multi-tasking
5) Possess own car
