Key Responsibilities:

• Develop engaging social media content, including static images, GIFs, animations, that align with our brand guidelines and resonate with our target audience.
• Edit and enhance video content for social media platforms, optimising visuals and adding relevant effects or animations to enhance engagement.
• Develop captivating animations for social media platforms to enhance brand presence and increase user interaction.
• Design and develop AR filters for Instagram and TikTok, leveraging the latest trends and technologies to create innovative and immersive experiences.
• Contribute to content strategy by brainstorming and collaborating on marketing campaigns, ensuring accurate messaging and visual coherence across various channels.
• Being able to assist in developing illustrations, if needed.
• Create compelling marketing collateral, such as brochures, flyers, banners, and presentations.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging design technologies, bringing fresh ideas and best practices to the team (e.g. utilising generative AI to bring new ideas to life)
•   • Liaise with other departments within the company (copywriters, social media managers, etc.) to ensure consistent branding exists across all marketing elements.

Job Requirements

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Creative/Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in the various disciplines mentioned above. (UI design, marketing collateral, social media content, video editing, animations, and AR filters.)
• Proficiency in design software, such as but not limited to Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro), Procreate, CapCut or similar tools.
• Solid understanding of user-centred design principles and a keen eye for aesthetics, typography, colour, and composition.
• Experience designing for social media platforms and other digital platforms such as websites, EDM, physical prints, etc.
• Knowledge of social media trends and best practices, with a demonstrated ability to create engaging and shareable content.
• Familiarity with video editing and animation techniques needed to produce appealing social media content on platforms like Instagram and TikTok.
• Experience in developing AR filters for TikTok is a strong plus.
• Strong communication skills (especially in English) and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies (i.e. generative AI).
