Job Description

• Conceptualising, strategising and optimising clients’ social media campaigns
• Being direct point of contact for clients via phone and email overseeing their account needs
• Managing a portfolio of accounts, with the help of our creative team
• Relaying the clients’ needs and wants to our in-house team of creatives (disseminating creative requirements to graphic designers, photographers, copywriters)
• Proofing any creative work (image, video or text-based) produced in-house before it is sent to the client
• Compiling monthly analytical reports using our scheduling software and Google AdWords accounts

Job Requirements

• An excellent grasp of the English language and grammar
• A creative flair in conceptualising social media strategies
• The ability to analyse and dissect social media performance analytics
• An understanding of social media marketing and SEO is preferred
