Job Description

• Creative conceptualising, strategising, and optimising clients’ monthly content calendars and social media campaigns
• Planning internal team timelines for ideations, deliverables, and reporting
• Support in managing a portfolio of accounts
• Relaying the clients’ needs and wants to our in-house team of creatives (disseminating creative requirements to graphic designers, photographers), performance marketing team, and any other divisions involved
• Proofing any creative work (image, video, or text-based) produced before it is sent to the client
• Compiling monthly analytical social media reports and community management data
• Providing insight and analysis of client social media page performance, with suggestions for improvement regularly
• Community management of clients' social media pages
• Strategising and planning new client pitches
• Support in planning marketing campaigns as and when necessary

• An excellent grasp of the English language and grammar
• A creative flair in conceptualising social media posts, marketing campaign strategies, and community engagement
• The ability to analyse and dissect social media performance analytics, as well as explain these findings coherently
• A deep understanding of digital marketing is needed, especially social media strategies
• Effective time management of yourself and others
• A passion for digital marketing, including staying across the latest industry news/trends
• To be able to be across and reply to messages promptly, across multiple channels of communication (email, WhatsApp, Slack, etc.)
