You will be involved in designing 3D visuals, event spaces, roadshow setups, booth concepts and brand activation environments for automotive events and campaigns, while working closely with the Events & Production team to bring ideas to life through impactful designs and presentations. Key Responsibilities:

• Support brainstorming and conceptual development for automotive campaigns and brand activations.
• Assist in preparing floorplan drawings and production specifications for fabrication.
• Ensure the 3D designs follow brand guidelines and event requirements.
• Coordinate closely with vendors, production partners and suppliers during pre-event and setup stages.
• Conduct site visits and space measurements when required.
• Assist in sourcing materials, props and display elements for events and activations.
• Work closely with the Creative team to support ad-hoc visual and design tasks related to events, campaigns and marketing materials.
• Stay updated on the latest design trends, materials, and innovations in experiential and event design.

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Event Design, Interior Design, Spatial Design or related fields.
• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in event, exhibition or stage design.
• Proficient in design software such as SketchUp, AutoCAD, 3ds Max, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
• Strong portfolio showcasing event, booth or stage design projects.
• Creative, detail-oriented and able to work well under tight deadlines.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Willing to work flexible hours and be on-site during event setups.
• Fresh graduates with strong portfolios are encouraged to apply.
