Job Description

You will identify new business opportunities, develop brand collaborations and bring exciting automotive events and activations while connecting brands with real Malaysian car communities across our platforms. If you’re a Business Development Executive who enjoys meeting clients, pitching ideas and creating value for brands, we want you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for automotive events, brand collaborations and sponsorships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with automotive brands, agencies and industry partners.
  • Pitch Pandu Pandu’s events, roadshows, activations and media opportunities to potential brands and dealers.
  • Meet and exceed assigned sales targets.
  • Work closely with the events team to conceptualise and develop the event ideas and plans.
  • Prepare proposals, presentations and partnership decks aligned with client objectives and budgets.
  • Support in identifying suitable venues, partners and vendors for event execution.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth event planning and execution.
  • Assist in overseeing event setup, on-site coordination and troubleshooting during events.
  • Ensure event deliverables and partner expectations are fulfilled.
  • Support post-event reporting and follow-ups.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor events and emerging collaboration opportunities.
  • Provide insights to improve Pandu Pandu’s event offerings and collaboration strategies.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Event Management, Communications or related fields.
  • 1–3 years experience in business development, event sales or brand collaborations.
  • Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Passion or strong interest in automotive, media, lifestyle or events is an added advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Results-oriented with the ability to achieve sales targets.
  • Proficient in Microsoft apps.
  • Willing to work on weekends or public holidays when events require.
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel outstation when required.
  • Fresh graduates with strong interest may apply.
