You will be involved in shooting and editing exciting car reviews, automotive events, social media content and brand activations while helping us bring the Malaysian car community closer through creative storytelling across our platforms. If you’re a Videographer cum Video Editor who enjoys capturing stories, creating & editing dynamic content that audiences love to watch and share, we want you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Video Production: Plan, shoot and edit videos for automotive reviews, events and other content across the Pandu Pandu platform.
• Content Development: Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to conceptualise fresh and engaging video ideas that attract audiences and increase views.
• Technical Skills: Operate cameras, drones, gimbals, lighting and other filming equipment to ensure high-quality production standards.
• Editing & Post-Production: Edit raw footage into compelling content with strong pacing, storytelling, motion graphics, sound design and platform-friendly formats.
• Storytelling: Able to direct & create engaging automotive stories that align with Pandu Pandu’s brand voice and audience interests.
• Event Coverage: Attend and document car reviews, new car launches, automotive events, road trips and test drives.
• Social Media Support: Produce content for Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok and our website while staying updated with the latest trends, hooks and editing styles.
• Performance Mindset: Understand audience behaviour and create content strategies that help improve engagement, reach and video views across digital platforms.
• Team Collaboration: Coordinate with hosts, talents and team members during shoots to ensure smooth production workflows and creative execution.
   

Job Requirements

• 1-2 years proven experience as a videographer with a strong portfolio (preferably within the automotive or event industry).
• ⁠Proficiency in CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects and mobile editing apps, with knowledge of AI tools to improve editing workflows and content creation.
• ⁠Ability to manage multiple projects and work within deadlines.
• Strong understanding of lighting, framing and sound for video production.
• Passion for cars and automotive culture is a plus!
• Experience with motion graphics or drone videography is an added advantage.
• Available to travel for automotive launches, local & international expos, road trips and events when required.
• Possess own transportation.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
