Internship allowance: RM1,000

Working days: Mondays – Fridays 

We are currently offering 3 internship openings under our Marketing Department. Interns will be placed into different focus areas based on interest, skills, and team needs:

• Marketing KOL Search Intern
• Sports Marketing & Community Intern
• Marketing & Events Intern

Marketing KOL Search Intern

• KOL / Influencer Research Research and identify relevant KOLs across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) Shortlist influencers based on brand fit, audience, engagement rate, and content style Analyze competitors’ KOL strategies and identify potential creators
• Database Management Build and maintain KOL database (name, handle, niche, followers, engagement rate, location, contact) Categorize KOLs (running, fitness, lifestyle, outdoor, etc.) Update performance tracking sheets regularly
• Outreach & Communication Assist in reaching out to KOLs (DM / email) Draft outreach messages and collaboration proposals Follow up with KOLs on deliverables and timelines
• Campaign Support Assist in seeding / barter / paid campaign execution Track posting timelines and ensure KOLs deliver on schedule Monitor campaign performance (views, engagement, conversions if needed)
• Content Review & Coordination Review KOL content before posting (if needed) Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines Coordinate revisions or feedback with KOLs
• Market & Trend Research Identify trending content formats and viral KOLs Stay updated on social media trends (Reels, TikTok trends, etc.) Suggest new campaign ideas based on trends
• Reporting Compile campaign reports (reach, engagement, ROI) Provide insights on top-performing KOLs Suggest improvements for future campaigns

Sports Marketing & Community Intern

Community Management

• Assist in organizing weekly running sessions & events
• Handle attendance, registrations, and follow-ups
• Engage with community members (online & offline)
• Support event logistics (venue setup, coordination, reporting)

Athlete Scouting & Relations

• Help identify potential athletes (social media, races, results)
• Track athlete performance and achievements
• Assist in communication with athletes
• Support onboarding process for new sponsored athletes

Admin & Documentation

• Assist in preparing athlete contracts and agreements
• Organize files (contracts, reports, athlete profiles)
• Maintain database of athletes and community members
• Support simple reporting (event recap, athlete updates)

Content Creation

• Capture photos/videos during training & events
• Assist in creating IG stories, reels, and posts
• Write simple captions for brands (COROS & BMAI)
• Brainstorm content ideas with you
• Help monitor engagement (views, likes, reach)

Marketing & Events Intern

• Support in planning and coordinating events and campaigns
• Assist in preparing documents (proposals, reports, simple decks)
• Design marketing materials for online & offline use (social media posts, posters, banners, etc.)
• Liaise with organisers, vendors, and agencies when needed
• Assist and be involved in on-ground events, expos, and roadshows
• Budget data record

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Sports Management, Business, or related field
• Passion for marketing, events, sports, or influencer marketing
• Creative, proactive, and willing to learn
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Good research and analytical skills
• Basic Canva / social media knowledge is a plus
• Able to commit to internship duration (3–6 months)
• Applicable to Malaysian only
