We are seeking passionate Retail Assistant to promote PANGU RUNNING store’s product, and  deliver excellent customer service, and drive sales at our outlet in Setapak KL.

Job Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

· Welcome customers in a professional manner.

· Fully commit to ensuring customer satisfaction by finding suitable solutions for all situations (returns, complaints, checkout, etc.).

· Understand the technical features and user benefits of the products in-store to recommend appropriate products and services to customers.

· Enhance and expand customer information by encouraging customers to register as members of PANGU RUNNING

Visual Merchandising

· Ensure all new and advertised products are clearly visible and placed in their correct locations.

· Make sure mannequins, displays, and product are updated in accordance with company guidelines

Inventory

· Ensure sufficient inventory is maintained in the store, and request stock transfers when necessary.

· Ensure the quantity of goods matches the system records, and take responsibility for conducting daily stocktakes.

Sales
1. Responsible for boosting store sales by utilizing available resources to help achieve the company’s sales goals.

Job Requirements

1. Basic numeracy, literacy and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Melayu, English.
2. Passion and knowledge for sport fashion trends
3. Demonstrates a good attitude, strong teamwork, and a willingness to learn
