• Manage Customer Enquiries & Orders – Build positive customer relationships by responding to enquiries and processing orders efficiently.
• Drive Sales & Follow Up – Follow up with potential customers, identify sales opportunities, and turn enquiries into successful deals.
• Coordinate with Production – Work closely with the production team to ensure orders are processed smoothly and on schedule.
• Prepare Quotations & Invoices – Prepare accurate quotations, invoices, and other sales-related documents.
• Monitor Orders & Deliveries – Track order progress and coordinate timely deliveries to ensure customer satisfaction.
  
  

Job Requirements

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Work Experience

• Experience in customer service or a related field is an advantage.

Skills Required

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, and email).
• Good problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
