Content Creator Intern

Location: Malaysia (Hybrid / Remote-friendly)
Company: Paperballad&Co. – UX Strategy & Content Marketing Agency
Duration: 3–6 months (high performers get extended / converted)

The Mission

Your job is simple: help us create content that makes brands worth caring about.

You won’t be here to “learn by watching.”
You’ll be here to ship real content, fast, and learn how strategy actually turns into results.

What You’ll Do (Your Outcomes)

• Create short-form content for Instagram & Facebook (Reels, carousels, static posts)
   
• Assist in turning strategy → content ideas → published posts
   
• Write simple but clear captions (hooks matter more than pretty words)
   
• Help with content research: trends, formats, angles, competitors
   
• Support content shoots (basic filming, behind-the-scenes, setup)
   
• Repurpose long ideas into multiple short-form assets
   
• Learn how content is planned, approved, optimized, and scaled
   

If content performs → you win
If it doesn’t → you learn why and fix it

What We’re Looking For

You’re a fit if:

• You’re active on Instagram/TikTok and understand what stops the scroll
   
• You can spot good content vs “meh” content instinctively
   
• You’re not precious about your ideas (you iterate fast)
   
• You can take feedback without ego
   
• You actually want to get better at content, not just get an internship badge
   

Bonus (not required, but powerful):

• Basic video editing (CapCut / Premiere Pro)
   
• Canva or Figma experience
   
• You’ve posted content before (personal or brand)

Job Requirements

 Job Requirements

You must have:

• Strong interest in content creation (social media is not optional)
   
• Basic understanding of Instagram & Facebook content formats
   
• Ability to communicate ideas clearly (written & verbal)
   
• Willingness to learn fast and execute even faster
   
• Good time management and ability to meet deadlines
   
• Comfortable receiving feedback and making revisions quickly
   
• Access to a smartphone with a decent camera
   

Nice to have (not mandatory):

• Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar)
   
• Familiarity with Canva or Figma
   
• Experience running or posting on any social media account (personal or brand)
   
• Understanding of hooks, trends, or short-form storytelling
