Data & Insights Intern (Healthcare Technology)

Duration: 3–6 Months
Allowance: RM250 – RM450 per month (depending on skill level)

About Healix

Healix is a digital healthcare ecosystem integrating Electronic Medical Records (EMR), Digital Signature Technology (DTS), corporate healthcare portals, and e-wallet systems.

We operate in a regulated environment aligned with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 and healthcare data protection standards.

We are looking for a Data & Insights Intern who wants real exposure to healthcare analytics, system data structuring, and business intelligence development.

What You Will Work On

This is not a passive internship. You will:

• Assist in building healthcare data dashboards
• Analyze patient utilization trends
• Support corporate healthcare reporting
• Clean and structure EMR-related datasets
• Assist in detecting data inconsistencies
• Support KPI tracking for clinics and corporate clients
• Help design internal performance reports
• Assist in data documentation and classification

You will work closely with:

• Technology team
• Product team
• Management

What You Will Learn

• Healthcare data structuring
• Multi-tenant data logic (clinic vs corporate vs patient)
• Dashboard building (Power BI / Looker / Metabase etc.)
• Basic SQL querying
• Data cleaning & transformation
• Understanding data compliance in healthcare

• Currently pursuing Diploma/Degree in:

• Business Analytics
• Basic understanding of:
  
• Excel / Google Sheets
• SQL (basic level)
• Data visualization tools (advantage)
• Strong analytical mindset
• Detail-oriented
• Comfortable handling structured data

Bonus (Advantage)

• Experience with Python (Pandas)
• Experience with dashboard tools
• Experience in healthcare or fintech data
