About

This internship is designed for students who are interested in business growth, partnerships, healthcare operations, and professional communication. You will support the Business Development team in engaging potential clients, preparing business materials, and coordinating follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in client outreach activities via email, phone, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and other professional channels.
• Prepare and organize proposals, quotations, presentations, and business documents.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and follow-up actions.
• Support the team during client meetings, demos, and outreach campaigns.
• Conduct basic market and competitor research.
• Help coordinate internal approvals and document submissions.
• Ensure all business documents are properly filed and updated.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, Communication, or related fields.
• Good written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Organized, responsive, and willing to learn.
• Able to handle confidential business information professionally.

Preferred

• Experience in student organizations, events, sales, or outreach activities.
• Basic design skills (Canva) are a bonus.
