About the Role

We are looking for a fresh, creative, and trend-aware Media & Content Intern to help grow Healix's digital presence.

You will work closely with the Marketing and Digital team to create targeted content based on specific audiences, campaigns, and business objectives — not simply posting content for the sake of posting.

You will be involved in the full process:

Audience → Content → Campaign → Tracking → Analytics → Improvement

Key Responsibilities

• Create short-form content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts and Threads.
• Develop content ideas based on current trends, audience behaviour, and campaign objectives.
• Assist with video shooting, editing, graphics, captions, and social media publishing.
• Research and identify target audiences for different Healix products and campaigns.
• Work with the team to create structured content pillars and campaigns.
• Assist in setting up and monitoring Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM) tracking.
• Monitor content performance, engagement, traffic, and audience behaviour.
• Use analytics to understand what works, who responds, and what should be improved.
• Assist with event, CSR, product, and company content.

Job Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, Multimedia, Creative Media, Marketing, PR, or related fields.
• Minimum 6-month internship commitment.
• Fresh, creative, and highly interested in social media trends.
• Understands platforms such as TikTok, Instagram and LinkedIn.
• Basic skills in Canva, CapCut or similar tools.
• Willing to appear on camera is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of analytics or GA4/GTM is a bonus.
• Portfolio or personal social media content is highly encouraged.
