Job Description
ABOUT THE ROLE
Paramount Property Development Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team in Shah Alam, Selangor. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating and executing effective marketing strategies to promote our innovative property developments and drive lead generation.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO DO:
- Assist in sourcing and shortlisting of suitable advertising agency, consultants and suppliers.
- Coordinate with advertising agencies, consultants and suppliers on all advertising and promotional materials and media schedules needed.
- Coordinate with relevant external and internal parties on preparations for sales launches, promotional activities, exhibitions, road shows and events.
- Liaise with relevant authorities for approval of licenses and to ensure timely submission of licenses as well as quarterly and yearly reports required by authorities (Borang 7F, 7E and Napic).
- Monitoring and updating of advertising and promotional expenses against budget allocated.
- Monitor, review and update of development website.
- Ensure sales kit information and all other sales and marketing collaterals for all sales launches are updated.
- Implement any marketing initiatives that contribute to the business objective.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in in project marketing for property developer
- Adaptable and flexible, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Possess great sense of creative ability
- Have good organization, planning and time management skills.
