ABOUT THE ROLE 
Paramount Property Development Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team in Shah Alam, Selangor. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating and executing effective marketing strategies to promote our innovative property developments and drive lead generation.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO DO:
<ul>
<li>&nbsp;Assist in sourcing and shortlisting of suitable advertising agency, consultants and suppliers.</li>
<li>Coordinate with advertising agencies, consultants and suppliers on all advertising and promotional materials and media schedules needed.</li>
<li>Coordinate with relevant external and internal parties on preparations for sales launches, promotional activities, exhibitions, road shows and events.</li>
<li>Liaise with relevant authorities for approval of licenses and to ensure timely submission of licenses as well as quarterly and yearly reports required by authorities (Borang 7F, 7E and Napic).</li>
<li>Monitoring and updating of advertising and promotional expenses against budget allocated.</li>
<li>Monitor, review and update of development website.</li>
<li>Ensure sales kit information and all other sales and marketing collaterals for all sales launches are updated.</li>
<li>Implement any marketing initiatives that contribute to the business objective.</li>
