ParcelDaily is seeking a Quality Assurance (QA) Intern to work closely with developers, product, customer service, and operations to test and improve the ParcelDaily platform. The role involves testing workflows, courier integrations, parcel bookings, payment transactions, tracking updates, and other features used by customers.

Job Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Perform manual testing on the web platform and related systems.
• Prepare and execute test cases, test scenarios, and testing checklists based on product requirements.
• Perform functional testing, regression testing, integration testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Test integrations with courier partners and perform API testing to validate courier booking, tracking, pricing, and shipment information.
• Test e-commerce and third-party integrations where required.
• Identify, reproduce, document, and report bugs clearly to the development team.
• Verify bug fixes and conduct regression testing before new releases.
• Test the platform across different browsers, devices, and screen sizes.
• Work with developers and product team members to understand new features and identify potential edge cases.
• Assist with maintaining QA documentation, test cases, and testing records.
• Provide feedback on system usability and overall user experience.
• Support production release testing to ensure new features are stable before release.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Computer Science or equivalent related fields.
• Strong attention to detail; good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Basic understanding of software testing and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Able to identify and communicate system issues clearly; comfortable using web and mobile applications.
• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with the team; willing to learn and explore unfamiliar systems.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Good to have:

• Basic knowledge of Postman and API testing.
• Basic understanding of REST APIs, JSON, HTTP requests and responses.
• Basic knowledge of SQL or databases.
• Exposure to automated testing tools such as Playwright, Cypress, Selenium.
• Basic understanding of e-commerce or logistics systems; familiarity with platforms such as Shopify or WooCommerce is an advantage.
