Job Description
What's your job like:
- Establish business opportunities by identifying new prospects in the building management and car parking industry.
- Build good client relationships by identifying clients’ needs, developing an appropriate sales strategy, providing support and recommending solutions to meet their demand.
- Achieve sales target set by the company.
- Conduct market research and data analysis of industry trends and customers.
- Develop and follow up on all sales lead to achieving the sales target set by the company.
- Design marketing materials and conduct market studies
Job Requirements
Who are we looking for?
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Studies or equivalent.
- Able to communicate proficiently in English and Bahasa Malaysia. A candidate who can speak mandarin and other dialects will be prioritized.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools such as Word and Excel.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel.
- Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Results-oriented, resourceful and personal drive.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
