Our team solves everyday parking challenges by transforming complex operational problems into scalable, tech-driven solutions. We are looking for a Business Development Executive who can identify opportunities, execute distribution strategies, and leverage AI and data-driven tools to improve decision-making and campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development & Stakeholder Management

  • Lead and support the development of proposals for new partnerships, projects, and revenue opportunities
  • Manage relationships with site owners, partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders
  • Use AI-assisted tools to improve proposal quality, speed, and customization

    2. Distribution Strategy & Campaign Execution
  • Design and execute distribution strategies to acquire users and partners through online and offline channels
  • Leverage AI-powered market analysis and audience segmentation to optimize campaign targeting

    3. Marketing & Promotional Execution
  • Collaborate with the in-house design and marketing teams to produce effective distribution and promotional materials
  • Use AI content and testing tools to refine messaging and improve conversion rates

    4. On-Ground Business Development
  • Execute and oversee on-ground activation efforts such as flyering, site activations, and partner outreach
  • Translate on-ground insights into actionable improvements for distribution strategy

    5. Campaign Planning & Optimization
  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate campaigns for maximum reach and efficiency
  • Apply AI-driven performance analysis to continuously refine execution

    6.Partnership Acquisition & Revenue Growth
  • Drive partnership and project acquisition through digital marketing channels, direct outreach, and cold calling
  • Use AI tools to evaluate leads, forecast outcomes, and prioritize high-value opportunities

    7. Performance Tracking & Data Analysis
  • Monitor campaign, distribution, and revenue performance using dashboards and reporting tools
  • Generate data-backed insights and recommendations using AI-assisted analytics

    8. Operational & Administrative Ownership
  • Manage agreements, dashboards, inventory systems, and client schedules
  • Implement AI automation to streamline workflows and reduce operational friction

    9. Strategic & Ad Hoc Initiatives
  • Lead or contribute to strategic initiatives, pilot programs, and process improvements
  • Support experimentation with AI-enabled growth, automation, and optimization initiatives

Job Requirements

  • Strong understanding of revenue models, distribution channels, and partnership development
  • Tech-savvy, analytical, and quick to adapt to new tools and systems
  • Ability to distill complex technical or operational topics into clear business insights
  • Excellent time management, prioritization, and execution discipline
  • Comfortable managing high email volumes and multiple stakeholders simultaneously
  • High attention to detail with strong follow-through
  • Proactive team player with a results-driven mindset
  • Comfortable with cold calling, negotiations, and on-ground business development
  • Experience or strong interest in using AI tools for marketing, analysis, and productivity is an advantage
