Job Description
Your job responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Assist Finance department on processing payments and managing collections;
- Support in monthly closing accounts and audits; where needed;
- Provide support to Customer Success team to handle users (customers and owners of parking spaces) via communication platforms;
- Handle operational issues related to parking bays/spaces;
- Prepare relevant reports to stakeholders;
- Provide ad-hoc support to all teams within the company where needed;
- Provide report to supervisors where necessary;

- IT literate (Word/Excel/ PowerPoint)
- Tech savvy
- Self-motivated, proactive & take ownership of issues
- Able to communicate professionally with clients
- Stubborn on the job, aggressive, and agile
- Able to solve complex problems on their own
- Good networking skills and coaching skills
- Results orientated
- Willing and able to be on the ground to assist the team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
