As our Account Assistant Manager, you’ll be the go-to person making sure drivers, routes, and deliveries run smoothly every day. If you enjoy fast-paced work and don’t like boring desk jobs, this one’s for you.
What You’ll Be Doing (Training provided 😉)
🔧 Coordinate daily fleet operations and delivery schedules
📞 Stay in constant touch with drivers to keep operations running smoothly
🚗 Support onboarding, training, and management of freelance/contract drivers
📊 Track fleet movements and job status using digital tools
🗂️ Keep records and documentation accurate and up to date
🤝 Work with internal teams to improve efficiency and operations
📈 Monitor fleet performance
⚡ Handle ad-hoc tasks and jump in where needed
Job Requirements
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field (Fresh grads are welcomed to apply!)
✅ Reasonable level of communication and interpersonal skills
✅ Able to multitask and work well in a fast-paced environment (added advantage if you can do this)
✅ Somewhat tech-savvy with Google Suite products/Microsoft Office products
✅ Flexible, proactive, and eager to grow 🚀
