Job Description

• Carry out car park infrastructure wiring and installation works, including CPMS, boom gates, payment terminals, LPR cameras, intercoms and related equipment.
• Install, maintain and troubleshoot boom gates, automatic barriers and parking system equipment.
• Perform electrical wiring, cabling, termination, testing and repair works.
• Troubleshoot electrical and power supply issues affecting CPMS equipment, payment terminals, validators, servers and network cabinets.
• Check and maintain LPR cameras, CCTV systems, PoE/network equipment and related power supply.
• Inspect and troubleshoot distribution boards, MCBs, RCCBs, isolators, contactors and electrical panels.
• Maintain and repair lighting, sockets, switches, conduits and electrical accessories at car park areas, ramps, control rooms and common areas.
• Check UPS and backup power supply for critical parking systems.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance, inspections and testing to reduce equipment breakdowns.
• Attend site breakdowns and carry out fault diagnosis and corrective maintenance.
• Identify whether faults are related to electrical supply, wiring, hardware, network or parking system equipment and escalate where necessary.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors and other technical teams for repair, installation and rectification works.
• Maintain proper maintenance records and report any recurring or critical technical issues.
• Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with safety procedures, SOPs and applicable electrical requirements.

Job Requirements

• Travel between MRT Kajang Line Park N’ Ride sites when required.
• Experience in car park systems/infrastructure such as CPMS, boom gates, payment terminals and LPR/ANPR systems is an advantage.
