Job Description

• Design custom t-shirt graphics based on client requests and internal concepts
• Prepare artwork for screen printing, DTF, or other print methods
• Edit and revise designs based on customer feedback
• Ensure designs meet print specifications and quality standards
• Create marketing materials (social media graphics, flyers, etc.)
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure accurate output of designs
• Maintain design files and ensure proper organization of assets
• Stay updated on current design trends, particularly in fashion and streetwear
   

Job Requirements

•  Proven experience as a Graphic Designer (t-shirt or apparel design is a plus)
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other design tools
• Strong portfolio showcasing t-shirt or apparel-related designs
• Knowledge of printing techniques and file setup for screen printing/DTF
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects at once
• Good communication skills and ability to take feedback
• Creative thinking and strong visual storytelling skills
