<li>Responsible for new product development, product evaluation and product modification.</li>
<li>Responsible to test on alternative raw materials.</li>
<li>Production and QC support.</li>
<li>Assist R&amp;D Chemist in lab sample preparation.</li>
<li>Constantly review and analyze product quality performance and take appropriate action for continuous improvement.</li>
<li>Complete all R&amp;D projects, compile data &amp; analyze test results within the set time-frame.</li>
<li>Attending to technical complaint and conduct investigation.</li>
<li>Keep abreast of latest coating technology and application trend in coating industry.</li>
<li>Ensure proper working area housekeeping (clean, systematic and machinery hygiene) and punctual reporting and documentation.</li>
<li>To carry out any other job function delegated by the Immediate Superior.</li>
</ul>
