About Us

Paydee group, a member company of Advance Synergy Berhad, is extending its support and services to the Group’s property and F&B division, located in the heart of the city’s heritage enclave and built for luxury, refinement and a bespoke experience. Within its six thoughtfully designed floors are lounges, meeting rooms, private offices, an events salon with rooftop bar, and a destination venue for heritage Italian cooking, French dining and Japanese inspired intimate Café and Bar. 

We are calling dynamic young graduates to join the property and F&B division to put theory into practice, combines precision with passion and be part of something deliciously impactful!

  • Fluency in English and Bahasa (written & spoken)
  • Can adapt to new people, new environment and new situations.

As Finance intern, you will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Management of the Suppliers form
  • Printing and archiving of passive invoices
  • Support in the management of purchase orders and bill handling to the relevant departments.
  • Knowledge of business procedures
  • Support of projects in the Finance department
  • Assist in ad-hoc task and projects assigned by the head of department. 
  • Assist in the monthly accounts closing and financial reporting

Role Overview

The Finance intern is supporting the Finance and operation function and reports to Finance Manager.

Job Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration or related field
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Passion for service and a strong aptitude for problem solving.
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes 
  • Able to speaking and writing in French is an added advantage 
  • Able to conduct minimum 3 - 6 months of internship. 
  • Attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills, and multitasking abilities.
