Job Description
- You will be involved in overall Recruitment and On-boarding processes which include arranging interviews, posting job advertisements, maintaining recruitment database and etc.
- You will handle HR daily operation duties including digitizing HR documents, maintain staff records, filing HR documents, preparing HR letters and etc
- You will co-coordinate training and development initiatives
- You will assist in organizing employee engagement activities
- You will also be required to attend to any other ad hoc assignments or special projects as directed by the manager/ director
Job Requirements
- Possess or currently pursuing Diploma, Post Graduate Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or any other related discipline
- IT savvy; proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong organizational and follow up skills
- Diligent and meticulous.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Great personality and positive working attitude
