Job Description

• Design lighting layouts and solutions based on project requirements, specifications, and client needs. 
• Prepare lighting calculations, simulations, and technical drawings using industry-standard software. 
• Develop lighting proposals, presentations, and project documentation for client review. 
• Collaborate with the sales, project, and technical teams to recommend suitable lighting products and solutions. 
• Conduct site visits to understand project requirements and provide technical support when necessary. 
• Present lighting concepts and product recommendations to clients, consultants, and project stakeholders. 
• Prepare project reports, specifications, and maintain accurate project documentation. 
• Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely project execution. 
• Stay updated with the latest lighting technologies, industry trends, and energy-efficient solutions. 
• Perform other duties and project assignments as required by management. 

Job Requirements

Education & Experience

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related field. 
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Relevant experience in lighting design or project design is an added advantage. 

Skills & Competencies

• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, 3ds Max, and DIALux. 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). 
• Ability to prepare technical reports, project documentation, and maintain accurate records. 
• Comfortable communicating and presenting design proposals to clients. 
• Good understanding of lighting concepts, space planning, and design aesthetics is an advantage. 
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills. 
• Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

• Creative with a keen eye for design and detail. 
• Confident in client presentations and interpersonal communication. 
• Willing to travel and work outstation when required. 
• Willing to work night shifts when project schedules require.
