Job Description

  JOB DESCRIPTION – WAREHOUSE

• To be accountability & responsibility on warehouse stock & compound area
• To comply all documents & filing accordingly (Credit Note, Picking list, DO, Sample requisition form)
• Data entry for consignment note, sample requisition form etc daily/weekly basis
• All daily deliveries must be updated sales via email.
• To work closely with operation & accounts department
• To arrange, goods delivery for pick up, prepare documents of consignment Notes to courier & transporter.
• To QC of stock items, products, consumers' frames etc.
• Operating of forklift when necessary
• To assist warehouse supervisor
• To arrange stock accordingly in 3 days after shipment arrived
• To attend weekly sales meeting/Report of Sample requisition form
• Customer orientated, good with numbers and computer skills
• Additional jobs tasks to be assign from time to time

Job Requirements

 Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Education: A Diploma or Degree in Business Management, Administration, or related field.
• Experience: Generally 2-5 years in operational, administrative, or logistics roles.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to use operational data for decision-making.
• Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to manage teams and liaise with stakeholders.
• Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of software tools (e.g., ERP systems, project management tools, Excel).
• Leadership: Experience in managing teams and enhancing productivity.
