Job Description
- Prepare payment vouchers and invoices
- Process accounts payable and receivable
- Perform reconciliation for accounts payable and receivable
- Perform bank reconciliation
- Maintain proper filing system and ensure traceability of documents
- Assist in month end closing accounts
- Support and participate in ad-hoc tasks as and when assigned
Job Requirements
- Candidate should possess at least Diploma, Degree or Professional Certificate or equivalent.
- At least one (1) year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Able to work under pressure & adhere to tight deadlines
- Able to work independently and have team work
- Good interpersonal skill, well organised and positive working attitude
- Familiar with SQL Accounting system will be preferred
- 5 days working per week, 9.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m.
