Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing and purchasing materials, products, and services.
- Prepare purchase orders and maintain purchasing records.
- Communicate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
- Support the purchasing team in daily administrative tasks.
- Assist in logistic arrangement among outlets’ goods transfer.
- Assist in HQ and outlets’ non-food items ordering.
- Assist in managing procurement system.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
- Good communication skills.
- Good in administrative documentation and filing.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- At least 1 year working experience in procurement and / or business administration field .
